Usage-based pricing
You only pay for what you use
Every package includes a quota for email sending, SMS, WhatsApp, storage and AI features. Only beyond that is usage charged at the following rates.
Email sending
Marketing and transactional emails from the Campaigns and Email apps, billed by actual sends beyond your quota.
SMS (Switzerland)
Sending to Swiss mobile numbers via the Campaigns app.
Business messages via the WhatsApp integration (Meta Business API).
Storage
Files, attachments and media across all apps – only what exceeds the included quota is billed.
AI usage
AI features such as draft text, summaries and enrichment are billed at your provider's cost plus a 30% surcharge.
All prices net, plus 8.1% VAT.
